Further F&B brands revealed to open at Boxpark Wembley

Opening on 8 December, Boxpark Wembley has announced another wave of vendors for its diverse foodie line-up at the biggest Boxpark to date.

The new vendors are coffee hangout Boki, tapas experts TapaVino, popular Italian street food vendor WOLF, sandwich royalty Gabagools, and flapjack connoisseurs Oatopia. Joining these will be Indian fusion joint Bombay Burrito (pictured), authentic Mexican brand Hola Guacamole, noodle aficionados Zucla, and West Indian favourites Mama Jacq’s.

Boki was created by duo Boris & Kim who share a passion for the best artisan coffee. Starting as a pop-up coffee shop in 2015, Boki was then shortlisted for the 2015 restaurant & Bar design awards, enabling the team to set up Boki’s first bricks and mortar site open seven days a week in Seven Dials, Covent Garden. Boki will be serving up coffee, brunch, lunch and dinner, and customers at Boxpark Wembley can expect delicious brunch and vegan options.

TapaVino is the second location for vibrant restaurant from founders Dalziel & Vine, bringing authentic Iberian tapas to Boxpark Wembley complete with a diverse selection of international wines. Consumers can try the wide selection of small dishes that are perfect for sharing, and also get a taste of TapaVino’s secret dishes, with a regularly updated menu.

WOLF are ferociously passionate about Italian cuisine and are driven to deliver authentic street food flavours. Combining this passion with fresh Italian ingredients, WOLF has created an incredible menu featuring a number of crowd pleasing dishes. Some of its specials include: steak parmesan alfredo piada, Mediterranean vegetable & feta pasta and lemon chicken pesto salad.

Specialising in New York-style subs, Gabagools started off as a pop-up trader at Peckham Levels before winning a 6 month rent-free unit at Boxpark Croydon. Following the incredible success of Gabagools’ first permanent site in Croydon, the sandwich experts will be bringing their famous subs north of the river to Boxpark Wembley. Gabagools is fast becoming known for its innovative flavour combinations, including its mac and cheese balls made using a classic Jamaican recipe.

After conquering Boxpark Croydon, the Oatopia family is bringing it’s delicious wares to Boxpark Wembley. As their name suggests, they are specialists in all things oats with a diverse selection of homemade flapjacks, freshly cooked porridge, toasted bagels, smoothies and more, alongside artisan barista coffee. Their emphasis is on offering a healthy and nutritional breakfast, brunch and lunch, with lots of vegan, veggie and GF options.

Trailblazing Indian restaurant Bombay Burrito will be arriving at Wembley Park, serving up their unique Indian burritos and bowls. The menu allows consumers to create their own meal by combining their choice of curry with delicious meaty, veggie or vegan fillings. Also watch out for their Signature Burrito range featuring - among others - the mighty Bombay Royale with Cheese.

Wembley Park will be saying ‘Hola’ to Hola Guacamole, the authentic Mexican street food trader bringing fresh flavours to the London casual dining scene. Hola Guacamole will be cooking up customer favourites at Boxpark Wembley, including its flavour-filled tacos and large selection of burritos. Kicking off at Camden Lock Market in 2013, Boxpark Wembley will be Hola Guacamole’s first permanent site.

Zucla pride themselves on being a ‘Festival of Food’ and will be cooking up their diverse menu at Boxpark Wembley. Serving up international street food, noodle experts Zucla will be offering dishes with fresh authentic ingredients and a focus on Chinese, Malaysian and Indonesian cuisines.

Mama Jacq’s will be bringing a flavour of the West Indies to Wembley Park with their Caribbean home-cooking. Inspired by their families’ kitchen legacy, Mama Jacq’s aims to bring authentic flavours and ingredients from the Windward Island of Saint Vincent to the London casual dining scene. Mama Jacq’s menu will include a delicious range of dishes, including Mama’s tender boneless curry goat, spiced jerk wings and peppered prawns.

Boki, TapaVino, WOLF, Gabagools, Oatopia, Bombay Burrito, Hola Guacamole, Zucla and Mama Jacq’s are the most recent additions to the Boxpark Wembley line-up, sitting alongside previously announced: Nanny Bills, Smoky Boys, Mitsuryu, Kabab, Spice Shack, Zia Lucia, The Athenian, Ugly Dumpling and Thai Express.

Agee Rose, Retail Director, Boxpark, said, “It’s great to see that the foodie line-up at Boxpark Wembley is nearly complete with some of the finest offerings on the street food scene housed under one roof, and with the recently announced Rinse FM and Bingo Lingo takeover, the launch of Boxpark Wembley is set to be truly spectacular!”
