Crafted by Le Domaine de Rome de Bellegarde, a prestigious French House providing the most exquisite cognac, wines and champagne to an international clientele, the 1894 L'Eveil des Sens is a truly superb cognac made of only 4 eaux de vie all aged over 70 years.

With only 67 bottles ever created, the cognac is one of the most unique blends of its kind available globally. Whilst also a historically important cognac from one of the rarest and oldest cuvees available – 1894 L'Eveil des Sens, earlier this year entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for boasting the most expensive 40ml measure ever bought at £10,014.

M Restaurant Director at Threadneedle Street, Zach Charilaou said, “This is an extremely exciting partnership for M and we can’t wait to start selling such an incredible cognac. Our members and regular diners at M are very distinguished regarding their drinks choices so I have no doubt that they will be keen to try Rome de Bellegarde. We offer members the option of purchasing their favourite spirits by the bottle, which we then keep locked away just for them.”

Rome de Bellegarde founder, David Smeralda commented “We’re delighted to establish this exclusive partnership in the UK with the M Group. Martin and the team have done a fantastic job at capturing the senses of the new millennials as well as a more mature crowd by creating a sublime and authentic dining experience which perfectly aligns with essence of our brand. We are looking forward to collaborating with the M Group within the forthcoming months.”
