Young's, the brewery and pub chain with nearly 220 sites, has announced the appointment of Mike Owen as Chief Financial Officer.
Owen is an experienced CFO with over 10 years’ experience in the drinks and pub sector. He joins from Hall & Woodhouse, a family owned pub group and brewer, where he has been the group finance and IT director since 2016. Before that he spent eight years at SABMiller, initially as the finance director at Miller Brands and then as the Head of European and then Global Deployment in the Global Business Services division.
Owenwill take up the CFO role and join the Board of Young’s on the 9th September. Daniel Quint will continue as Interim Chief Financial Officer until at least the Company’s AGM in July.
