Ei Publican Partnerships’ industry-leading annual roadshow, eilive, returns this year with an impressive exhibitor list and a packed schedule of business building masterclasses, while two new support systems designed to enhance pub businesses will be showcased.
Publicans will get a first-look at the Ei Publican Partnerships’ Food Menu Portal, which has been developed to help publicans optimise their food offering and boost profitability, whilst ensuring they are conforming with Food Safety & Allergen Laws.
It will enable publicans to design their own menu using existing recipes and dishes based on their current kitchen equipment provisions, and even suggests the number of dishes appropriate for their market segment.
Also new at eilive this year, a designated theatre area will provide a series of insightful business building demonstrations from partners including Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Molson Coors, Heineken, Sky and digital experts Yext, while TV presenter and pub lover Mark Durden-Smith will be on hand to meet and inspire publicans at each event.
More than 140 suppliers are set to exhibit at three shows kicking off at Doncaster Racecourse on 8 October, followed by Olympia London on 15 October and Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol on 17 October.

In addition, demonstrations will be held for a new system, Property Universe, which is designed to allow publicans to raise their own repair jobs and monitor the progress of the repairs from beginning to end. Property Universe is available for publicans to access via the Publican Channel.
