Jamie Oliver showed his support for colleagues at Jamie’s Deli at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam with a surprise visit to the restaurant this month. The renowned chef took time out to speak with colleagues about their work and hear about the latest developments at the outlet.
Jamie’s Deli at Schiphol Airport is a partnership between The Jamie Oliver Group and SSP Group, the operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide.
SSP Group operates 15 Jamie Oliver concepts – from bars to restaurants – in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and the UK, with further units to open in Bahrain and Brazil.
In June, the group strengthened its partnership with Jamie Oliver after agreeing to take over operations of his three units at Gatwick Airport – Jamie’s Italian, Jamie’s Coffee Lounge and Jamie Oliver’s Diner.
