Brakes, the leading UK foodservice wholesaler, took home the coveted ‘Foodservice Operator of the Year’ award for the second year running, winning 11 of the 18 categories being judged at this year’s ‘Foodservice Quality Food and Drink Awards’.
In addition to the category wins, three of its products were Highly Commended and a further four Commended.
The success at the Awards reflects Brakes continued focus on food innovation and product development right across its product portfolio, with the wins spread over a wide range of categories including bakery, desserts, delicatessen, fish & seafood, and meal solutions.
