Pret A Manger launches ketchups at Tesco & online

Pret A Manger has expanded its grocery range with two new ketchups, used in many much-loved items from its outlets, and is available from Tesco supermarkets and online.

In true Pret style, customers can now enjoy their favourite condiment, with a twist, thanks to Pret’s expansion into sauces, launching their flavourful Chipotle and Korean Style Ketchups. Used in several Pret recipes, the new ketchups have been created for customers to enjoy at home, just in time for the barbeques .

The Chipotle Ketchup is a Pret classic recipe that has been used in many sandwiches, salads and hot food over the years. A rich and spicy tomato and red pepper ketchup with smoky chipotle chilli, garlic and lime juice, the Chipotle Ketchup is the perfect sauce for any home chef looking to spice up their cooking.

Become your own Pret Hot Chef and recreate the Meatless or Swedish Meatball wrap at home. Both bestselling wraps made in Pret shops are made with the delicious, and newly available to buy, Chipotle Ketchup.

Alongside its sweet and smoky Chipotle Ketchup, Pret is also introducing a Korean Style Ketchup. Previously added to Pret’s Korean Chicken Baguette, a Chef’s seasonal special, the ketchup is marking its return in Tesco supermarkets for customers to use at home.

The sweet and spicy ketchup, made with spicy Korean Gochujang chilli paste, soy sauce, chilli and garlic, is a great addition to any sandwich. It can also be enjoyed as a barbeque marinade or as a dip on its own.

The two ketchups continue Pret’s expansion into consumer-packaged goods as part of the business’ transformation programme, following its successful bake-at-home croissants and granola ranges which launched earlier this year.

Alongside the launch of the new ketchups, Pret has joined forces with MOB Kitchen - an online cooking and content platform helping people prepare restaurant-quality meals at home - to give customers the opportunity to win a year’s supply of Pret’s new bake-at-home croissants, granola and ketchup ranges.
