Peruvian restaurant Ceviche, which is about to launch its second site in the capital, is now looking for further sites between 2,000 and 5,000sq ft.
With its current restaurant in Soho now amongst the best in London, the company’s second site, Andina, will open in Shoreditch in December.
As reported earlier this month, Andina will take its influence from Peruvian ‘picanterias’, traditional family run restaurants serving local people from breakfast through to dinner. There will however also be a Ceviche bar on the lower floor dining area, alongside a Pisco and Chicha bar.
