Grand Jersey Hotel goes on the market for £15m


The Grand Jersey Hotel in St Helier has been put on the market with a price tag of £15m.

Overlooking St Aubins Bay, the 122-bedroom hotel has the island’s only 26-seat private cinema/presentation screening room, plus contemporary Park Suites meeting rooms, the largest seating 102 people theatre style.

The hotel is managed by Redefine BDL hotels and features the Tassili Michelin-starred restaurant which is run by executive head chef Richard Allen.

The Grand Jersey, which was acquired by West Register in 2011, gained five stars in 2010 following a £15m refurbishment two years earlier.
