Absolute Taste, the events and catering company, has launched its first restaurant on the fifth floor of London's Harvey Nichols. The fine-dining eaterie, Absolute Taste at Harvey Nichols, is the caterer's second outlet at the store - its café, DetoxRetox is on the ground floor - and will offer breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. The group manages Absolute Taste Inflight, Gordon Ramsay by Absolute Taste and four cafés, plus its events and catering division. The company's managing director, Lyndy Redding, has suggested that there may be more restaurants to come.
