Authentic Italian pizza-by-the-slice brand, Pizza Rossa is to open its third outlet next week at the London's Pump development on Shoreditch High Street, a petrol station turned food market.
The new Shoreditch fast food site will be open seven days a week, a first for the brand as the other two sites in the City are open from Monday to Friday.
The quick service pizzerias offers freshly made daily, easy to eat-on-the-go, low-calorie pizzas that are guaranteed to be served within 90 seconds from order.
Pizza Rossa has been able to expand due to the £440k raised from 119 investors through crowdfunding website CrowdCube. The original target was set at £280k.
