New British restaurant Lupins to open in London

The duo behind successful pop-up catering company, The Cooking Collective is set to open a new traditional British restaurant called Lupin - named after the British flower.

Former Chefs, Lucy Pedder and Natasha Cooke, who first worked together in Medlar, Chelsea, will open the new venue in Grade II listed Devonshire House in the Flat Iron Square development in London Bridge.

Lupin will focus on seasonal British ingredients infused with international flavours and there will be monthly changing cocktails, with a focus on natural wines.

The new restaurant is expected to open in April.
