Yosma launches dinner series

London-based Yosma, the Turkish mangal and raki bar brand, is launching a new series of dinners.

Named 'çilingir’, the Turkish for locksmiths, the dinners will be hosted by Executive Chef Hus Vedat next month.

Each Tuesday evening from 7pm, Yosma will be inviting guests to share in the Turkish age-old ritual of gathering around the table with friends, beginning the night with raki - the grape brandy flavored with anise, before a feast of Yosma’s meze plates.

Dishes will include; Balik Dayboat- caught fish for two, barbecued whole; Pastirma air-dried beef, çemen, caper leaves, fennel tops; Levrek Marine - sea bass, grapefruit, fennel, green chilli; Pancar - pit roasted beetroot, garlic oil, dill, and Firik Salata - freekeh, spring onion, blueberries

Yosma launched in August last year in Baker Street in W1 and is planning a second branch this summer.
