Redefine International has appointed Savills as the letting agent at Birchwood Shopping Centre in Warrington.
Totalling 305,000 sq ft (28,335 sq m), the scheme features 40 stores and is anchored by Asda and Aldi, with other food and beverage sites including Dominos, Greggs, McDonalds, Planet Cafe, Subway, and Waterfields. It underwent a £7m refurbishment in 2013 and now has an annual footfall of 4.6 million.
Savills is also been instructed as the managing agent on 73 properties owned by Redefine International, including its entire 1.7 million sq ft (159,200 sq m) shopping centre portfolio.
Additionally, the firm provides leasing advise on a number of Redefine International’s out of town retail schemes, including Banbury Cross in Banbury and Priory Retail Park in Colliers Wood.
