Restaurant operator Albion & East is set to open a new venue in Brixton, London this September.
The operator, behind Martello Hall which opened in Hackney last year, will open the 4,579 sq ft café and bar on Ferndale road in Brixton’s department store development by Squire & Partners.
The venue will be located across the basement and ground floor level, and will also have an outdoor seating area. It will provide a relaxed environment during the day and cocktails and music during the evening.
Shelley Sandzer Joint Managing Partner Nick Weir, who acted for Squire & Partners said, “It’s great to see a budding operator like Albion & East continue to grow and in such a brilliant location.'
He added, “We know this tenant will provide a space that is perfect for employees and locals, feeding into the community and truly putting Brixton on the map. The area is seeing considerable regeneration and we are pleased to have been involved in another deal in Brixton.”
