Buffet restaurant operator, COSMO has revealed plans to launch a new all-you-can-eat restaurant in Manchester.
COSMO has invested £1m in the new 350 cover restaurant, which will open at the former Red Hot World Buffet site on Deansgate.
The 25,000 sq ft restaurant will be located across three floors and feature Chinese, Japanese and Italian themed rooms.
The restaurant will serve 160 dishes from across the globe, which will include Chinese, Italian, Malaysian and Vietnamese as well as an English carvery.
COSMO opened its first site in 2003 and has since launched 20 other venues around the UK and Ireland. The new site is expected to launch towards the end of the year.
