Former Pied á Terre co-owner to open French inspired restaurant at former Dabbous site

Former co-owner and restaurant manager of Pied á Terre restaurant, Mathieu Germond is set to launch a new restaurant at the former Dabbous restaurant in Fitzrovia.

The restaurant, inspired by Germond's upbringing in the village of Noizé in the Loire Valley region of France, will feature a French menu using seasonal ingredients and a rustic cooking style.

Director at Davis Coffer Lyons Rob Meadows, who acted on behalf of the sale said, “It is a fantastic example of a well-located restaurant held on a solid lease with the benefit of a well thought out and high spec fit-out selling well.'

'The deal shows that appetite in the market for quality assets in strong locations is unwavering.”
