Revamped Hertford inn reopens after year of closure

The White Horse inn in Hertingfordbury near Hertford has just reopened after being shut for over a year.

Following a total refurbishment that started in April, owner Alastair Bramley has welcomed the locals back, in a village where the only other pub has shut down.

The revamped restaurant offers a menu of dishes such as Spiced Cod, Saddle of Rabbit and Yoghurt & Fennel Pork Tenderloin.

The White Horse also offers a refreshed bar and seven refurbished hotel bedrooms, all of which are en-suite.
