Interserve appoints new CFO


Interserve, the international support services and construction group, has announced the appointment of Mark Whiteling as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 October 2017, at which point he will also join the Interserve Plc board.

Whiteling has considerable listed company experience having held Deputy and Interim Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer roles.
