The Burlington Guest House, on the sea shore of Whiting Bay on the Isle of Arran, has come to market through Christie & Co, with a price tag of £545k.

Famously known as ‘Scotland in miniature', the he Burlington presents a great opportunity to enter the Isle’s growing tourism market. The village of Whiting Bay offers a number of tourist attractions, including a coastal walks along the bay, golfing and the Arran Art Gallary.

The property dates back to 1905, originally built as a guest house by the local blacksmith. Recently refurbished, the Burlington offers 10 en-suite bedrooms and a 20-cover dining room, boasting superior sea views throughout. The property includes a one bedroom, en suite owner’s accommodation and a staff apartment.
