From the team behind The Palomar, The Barbary and Jacob The Angel are opening a pub in London's Chinatown.
Set over three-storeys, The Blue Posts site has been a pub for at least 275 years. The revamped venue will offer a ground floor pub, The Mulwray cocktail lounge on the first floor, plus a basement kitchen counter and a cocktail bar.
The basement kitchen will be called Evelyn's Table, which will come with a single kitchen bar with 11 seats. Head Chef Nacho Pinilla, the former Executive Chef of The Barbary, is creating the menus.
