Grillstock falls into administration

US-style smokehouse eatery chain, Grillstock has fallen into administration, with the administrators looking to complete a sale within the next 2-3 weeks.

Gareth Roberts and Paul Ellison of KRE Corporate Recovery are aiming to sell the business and its assets as a going concern.

Grillstock was founded seven years and operates four restaurants in Bristol, Bath, Leicester and in Walthamstow, east London, plus a market stall in Bristol, which are all currently still trading.

The company has always held an annual music and BBQ festival as well as a yearly competition, King of the Grill.
