£900k Bradford multi-function venue comes to market

Q Gardens, a multi-function, family-run venue set within an old mill in Bradford, Yorkshire, situated opposite the Bradford Bulls Rugby League Stadium, is up for sale via Christie & Co, with a price tag of £899,950.

Q Gardens is a unique sports bar and pub with a restaurant and brassiere, in addition to a large beer garden, terrace and balcony. Originally established by current owner, David Shipley in 1984, the striking semi-derelict mill was refurbished by a number of top architects and interior designers whose designs accentuate the history of the mill.

Q Gardens provides a spectrum of activities that is unrivalled in Yorkshire. The property boasts an extensive range of sporting facilities including eleven snooker tables, two darts boards and American and English pool tables, hosting many sporting events and finals at the venue.

With a number of spacious function rooms including a private bar with lounge area, the plush venue can comfortably cater for all tastes whilst providing the highest of standards.

Sam Ashton, Business Agent at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, commented, “Q Gardens is a unique business with multiple income streams. There is huge potential to significantly grow the business, although a new owner could walk straight in to the already profitable and well established business as is.

'The current owner is now selling to pursue retirement and a viewing would be highly recommended to appreciate the scale and potential of the business.”
