Hop Vietnamese to open third site in January

London-based fast street food company, Hop Vietnamese is to open a third site in Cullum Street in the City in January.

Hop Vietnamese tweeted that the opening is part of strategy to open smaller footprint formats with a greater emphasis on hot food.

Founder Paul Hopper launched the brand in 2015, following a six-year stint in Vietnam and travels into Saigon and beyond, with the first eatery in Broadgate.

The menu is based on Hopper's travels where he found salads and summer rolls in Saigon, Banh Mi (light, French influenced baguettes stuffed with delicacies) in Hoi An, and Pho - Steaming broth with protein and rice noodles, flavoured to taste with fragrant fresh herbs - and Com Binh Dan - dishes served from an improvised living-room buffet: hot and ready to go immediately for busy worker - from Hanoi.
