Costa Coffee, represented by Savills, has agreed a deal for a new drive-through at Beacon Business Park in Stafford.
The brand will shortly open a 1,800 sq ft (167 sq m) unit at the entrance to the park, for which it has secured a 15-year lease.
Located on Weston Road, Beacon Business Park is part of the Beacon Development Zone which comprises 50 acres (20 hectares) of land with planning consent for mixed employment uses, masterplanned by ISE Estates. Staffordshire University, Staffordshire Police HQ and Weston Road High School are all in close proximity.
Catherine Barnard of the out of town retail team at Savills commented, “We are pleased to be supporting the ongoing expansion of Costa’s hugely successful drive thru format by acquiring space in key locations, most recently in Stafford.”
Peveril Securities and Rothstone Estates are developing the drive thru unit.
