The Ivy Collection has begun construction on the restaurant space secured as part of the extensive redevelopment project at Tunsgate Square, in Guildford, Surrey.
The brasserie-style restaurant, totalling almost 8,000 sq.ft., will be set over 3 floors, including the rooftop and upper terrace space, both with stunning views overlooking Guildford Castle.
The brasserie will also feature a café lounge area, dining bar, main restaurant and the second floor will be available for private hire upon request. Due to open in spring 2018, the restaurant will be open 7 days a week and will feature an all-day dining menu.
Also, this month, The Ivy Collection has been granted planning permission for a space on London Street, Norwich, to open a brasserie in summer 2018. The restaurant will feature an all-day dining menu and will be open 7 days a week.
