The 25th Craft Guild of Chefs Awards take place on Monday 4th June 2018 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
The awards are a formal recognition of a young working chef’s culinary excellence. Prestigious for the chef, the Award is also a credit to their mentor and employer.
There will be 17 award categories ranging from young and apprentice chefs to pub and restaurant chefs, also recognising specialist sectors such as pastry chef, public sector chef and ethnic chef.
The award categories include three awards which do no require nominations, the Innovation Award, New Restaurant of the Year Award and Special Award.
The nomination deadline is Wednesday 14th February 2018.
