New York-based vegan casual dining chain, By Chloe has opened its first UK site in London’s Covent Garden on Russell Street, and the eighth site overall for the brand.
By Chloe offers 70 seats and serves up vegan mac n’ cheese, a range of vegan burgers, including the guacamole burgers, pesto meatballs and healthy fries and salads, as well as a variety of fresh juices.
There are star dishes such as Classic Fish N’ Chips - crispy tofu served with the classic accompaniments of chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce; Shepherd’s Pie - vegan ground seitan, veggies, mashed potato and served with by CHLOE.’s famous Beet Ketchup, and Sticky Toffee Pudding - topped with coconut whipped cream.
The chain, which currently operates seven sites in New York city, plans to open a further London site soon.
