Eds Diner chain set for new look & menu

Boparan Restaurant Group has confirmed today that it has developed a new look for its 24-strong Americana chain, Ed's Diner, which was formerly known as Ed's Easy Diner.

Tom Crowley, CEO of Boparan Restaurant Group, commented, 'Over the next few months, we will be launching our new look Ed’s Diners across the UK.

'We’ve given the Americana inspired interior some love, adding some colourful neons, brand new Liquid Sunshine stations and a pay at counter system to speed up our service and give our guests more control over their dining experience.'

He added, 'As part of the revamp we’ll also be refreshing our menu, adding build-your-own juicy burgers, 24-hour marinated fried chicken, waffles, all day breakfasts and a new range of shakes featuring Lucky Charms and Coco Pops.

'Mains start with an entry price of £5 for our little hamburger and so, no matter if you like your food over-easy, crispy or stacked, you can still count on Ed’s Diner for big flavours, at even keener prices.'
