The Pie Room at Holborn Dining Room, a one-stop destination dedicated to one of Britain’s most iconic dishes, has opened.
Spearheaded by Executive Head Chef and pastry expert, Calum Franklin, The Pie Room at Holborn Dining Room has a takeaway hatch and the chefs can be watched as they work.
The menu includes Curried mutton pie, Steamed steak & kidney pudding with beef cheek, chuck steak & onions, Hand raised pork pie with fennel seeds & sage, and Chicken, girolle & tarragon pie served with peas.
The Pie Room is a pie kitchen by day, and then an exclusive dining room by night. From next month, The Pie Room will be available for private hire, every evening, for up to ten people. Diners are served with a specially tailored 3-course menu by Franklin.
The Holborn Dining Room restaurant is found within The Rosewood Hotel.
