Yorkshire-based Brazilian dining group, Estabulo Rodizio Bar & Grill is set to open its fourth restaurant in Beverley next Friday on 16 March. This new branch will join two sites in Leeds and one in Wakefield.
The new restaurant will be situated in the Flemingate shopping centre across 3,500 sq ft site with 120 covers. There will also be outdoor seating, which will offer views towards Beverley Minster.
The brand honours the Brazilian Gaúcho’s traditional method of cooking, which involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
These include the flavoursome Picanha (cap of rump), tender Carneiro (seasoned lamb), succulent Barriga de Porco (pork belly smothered in honey), and the delicious Brazilian delicacy Coracao de Frango (chicken heart).
Served up in an all-you-can-eat buffet-style, diners can eat as much or as little as they like from the large selection of meats on offer.
There's also a gourmet salad bar, traditional Brazilian hot dishes, vegetables, an array of breads and a selection of cured meats and cheeses to tuck into.
The restaurant provides a range of vegetarian, vegan and halal dishes such as Spaghetti Pomodoro, Penne Arrabbiata and a seasonal fish dish.
