New dining & leisure scheme to open in SE London next April

Funded by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, a new dining and leisure development is set to open in Eltham in South East London next April, featuring a six-screen Vue cinema, Nando’s, and Pizza Express.

There is also a bar/café unit, 'Sky Bar', situated on the first floor, which is currently available. Acting on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, the new lease is being marketed by leisure property specialists Fleurets.

The design for the Sky Bar features floor to ceiling windows and an open terrace area, overlooking Eltham’s High Street.

Simon Bland from Fleurets commented, “This is a high profile development, being a key part of the council’s regeneration plans for Eltham’s town centre and will be a great leisure asset, boosting the local economy.

'The unit we are offering could suit a range of bar and café style operations and, having already received expressions of interest, we hope to find a suitable operator by the summer.'
