Christie & Co has successfully brokered the sale of Stanhill Court Hotel, a popular wedding venue, conference and event centre located near the Surrey town of Horley and five miles from Gatwick Airport.
Set in 35 acres of secluded gardens with a five-acre amphitheatre and woodland overlooking the South Downs National Park, this elegant country manor house boasts 34 en suite bedrooms, some with four poster beds, spacious public areas and 10 adaptable conference and banqueting rooms, accommodating up to 360 guests altogether.
This hotel created a significant amount of interest and was sold to existing Kent hotel operators, who also bought their previous hotel through Christie & Co. The new owners have exciting plans to invest heavily in Stanhill Court to create an even more impressive and highly regarded business.
