MasterChef: The Professionals finalist becomes EAT Executive Chef

French-born Arnaud Kaziewicz, a MasterChef: The Professionals finalist in 2016, has become high street sandwich chain, EAT's new Executive Chef.

He will be sharing his passion for fresh, quality ingredients to make real food, drawing on his experience working in some of the UK’s most renowned Michelin starred restaurants.

Kaziewicz commented, ‘I am excited to join the EAT. team to make our food great again. For me, this is an opportunity to get back to basics; simple, fresh ingredients, that are combined to be eaten and enjoyed, and that are always seasoned perfectly.’

Market cooking and seasonal products are used in EAT.’s new range of salads and refreshed baguette range. From the fresh, Yorkshire grown herbs featuring in their leaf salads to the traditional fluffy, crispy French baguette in their baguette range, Kaziewicz has bought his passion for finding the best quality ingredients to EAT.’s repertoire. He said, ‘High street retail doesn’t have to be about mass production; it should be based on home cooked food.’

Holly Oades, marketing director at EAT. commented, ‘Arnaud brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, global travels and experience in food development to ensure EAT. is a serious contender on the high street.’

EAT. will launch new salads, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options on 25th April 2018 to sit alongside the newly revamped baguettes. The salad range is focused on using great quality, seasonal ingredients sourced from the UK, creating delicious flavours whilst using different textures to really bring this range to life.
