Will Holland, the Executive Chef at the award-winning Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey, has recently launched The Tasting Room.
The Tasting Room at Ocean Restaurant is a coterie 14-cover dining experience celebrating Holland’s passion for Jersey produce with a seven course tasting menu.
Paired wine flights, specially selected by the hotel’s new food and beverage manager, Jaroslav Sedlacek, will provide the perfect accompaniment to this carefully crafted new dining experience.

Holland first worked in Michelin-starred restaurants at the age of 18, he was awarded a Michelin star before he was 30 and has been recognised by The Good Food Guide as one of its predicted 10 most influential chefs in the next decade.
Dining at The Tasting Room at Ocean Restaurant is available for evening sittings from Tuesday to Saturday.
