Leading specialist cocktail bar operator, Be At One has secured a site in Chelmsford, its first site in Essex, through Shelley Sandzer.
Taking an 4,000 sq ft premises at 219 Moulsham Street, Be At One is due to open the site in July following a £500k refurbishment. Previously trading as Escedra, the license permits trading over the entire building until 2am.
Casey Phillips at Shelley Sandzer said, “Moulsham Street is a well-established eating and drinking destination within the Chelmsford, with bars and restaurants including Bar and Beyond, Bar 7, Bayhorse Bar and Bistro, Pizza Express, Cote, and Café Rouge all trading successfully close by.
'Be At One had been looking to break into the Essex market for some time and we identified this site in Chelmsford as the ideal platform to test their brand in the area.”

This follows a string of deals that Shelley Sandzer have acted in over the last 6 months, securing new sites on behalf of Patty & Bun, Zuaya, BunCo, Old Chang Kee, and La Ferme.
