Ego Restaurants is set to reopen The Fox in Haslington, Crewe, following a £500k revamp, creating 45 jobs.
The new-look pub will launch on August 23 following a six week internal and external refurbishment after the Ego purchase, the groups 16th site.
It will be a Mediterranean-inspired pub and restaurant, combining the look, feel, character and community engagement of a great pub with freshly cooked Mediterranean inspired food.
Ego at The Fox Haslington will serve up dedicated gluten-free and vegan menus, as well as offers throughout the week including a £10 Steak Night, 2-4-1 cocktails and a Sunday Roast menu.
Ego was recognised last year as being one of the top four Hospitality companies to work for in the industry.
