Searcys has announced an exclusive Harvest Supper from guest chef, Matt Tebbutt at The Orangery, set in the grounds of Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire,
The British chef and television presenter, best known for his role on Saturday Kitchen, will be preparing a four-course harvest supper championing seasonal, local produce on Thursday 27 September.
The evening offers a rare chance to enjoy a bespoke field-to-fork menu showcasing the finest British ingredients from artisan local producers, farmers and the Blenheim Palace estate.
The evening begins with Furleigh Estate English sparkling wine and welcome canapés on arrival. Guests will then be served a delicious four-course menu with wine pairing and coffee to finish.
There will be a starter of Bibury trout, girolles, foraged herbs and game consommé, followed by Cotswold aged beef fillet, slow cooked ox cheek, Field mushroom,
carrot purée, parsley crumb.
Finishing with a cheese dish of Oxford blue, local honey comb, poached pear, and Blenheim estate brambles, toasted oats, Cotswold whiskey cream, filo.
