Autumn PizzaExpress menu serves up new vegan dishes


Launching today, PizzaExpress’ new Autumn menu sees the introduction of new vegan dishes, and a return of some much loved PizzaExpress classics.

Due to the success of the vegan range, more options are now available. Topping the bill, is the Vegan Puttanesca (poctured) – the first vegan pizza on a thinner, Romana base. The dessert menu sees the welcome addition of a vegan Carrot Cake, complete with dairy-free icing.

There is also good news for all those avoiding gluten; all Al Forno dishes will now be made with gluten-free pasta.

If that’s not enough, the much-loved Carbonara Romana returns, as well as the introduction of the new, luxurious Ragu Romana. For those looking for a good source of fibre, the Leggera pizza range, is now available on a wholemeal dough base.
