Crowne Plaza Edinburgh - Royal Terrace has invested almost £3m in an extensive refurbishment to transform the luxury hotel into an iconic destination, which will attract national, international and local visitors.
The historic five-story hotel has undergone a comprehensive redesign across its suite of bedrooms, restaurant, bar and welcome area, which finely balances modernity with tradition. A Celtic thread weaves through the interiors, with every design element carefully considered. The stunning bedrooms offer remarkable views, sumptuous furniture and first-class service, while the welcome area provides a warm, visually appealing entrance for all customers.
Diners visiting the hotel can relax in the refined, contemporary restaurant. Inspired by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, the restaurant features delicate sunflower walls which bring the beautiful surrounds into the heart of the hotel. Making the most of its scenic setting, the restaurant has been designed with large floor to ceiling windows to provide customers with an al-fresco dining experience inside.
Showcasing the remarkable terrace and outdoor space, an external seating area adjacent to the restaurant was also created during the refurbishment. Encompassing a lavish seating area nestled around an external ‘fire’, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a meal.
