MOD Pizza to open 10th UK site in Coventry this month


US fast casual pizza restaurant chain, MOD Pizza is set to launch its 10th UK eatery in Coventry on 29 March.

The new outlet will serve up artisan-style pizzas and salads, which are made on demand and ready in minutes. Customers can choose to build their own pizza, with a choice of over 30 toppings.

The brand offers vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free option,s including its dairy-free cheese.

MOD Pizza, which is backed in the UK by Charles Dunstone, launched the brand here in Leeds in 2016.

The Coventry outlet will join sister sites across London, Watford, Romford, Leicester, Leeds, Nottingham, Gateshead and Borehamwood.

Founded in Seattle, Washington, in 2008, the company currently operates approximately 390 restaurants across the US.
