Liquorette unveils first London self-service cocktail bar

London-based Liquorette is opening the first self-service cocktail bar in the capital this week at its current Rathbone Place home in Fitzrovia,

Liquorette will offer brand new fresh bottled cocktails on arrival and the opportunity for guests to pour their own cocktails on tap.

The cocktail range changes every four months, and the current selection are all spritzes perfect for the summer, from Monkey See Monkey Do with tropical lime and banana flavours, to the refreshing and floral Nordic Spritz’with Absolut Elyx vodka, lillet rose and Champagne.

Customers can select their favourite cocktail, glasses, garnishes, and retro stirrers.

Also on offer are bottles of beer and wine that guests can help themselves to from the ice baths.

Liquorette will keep an eye on the empties so customers can forget about the tab, grab what they like and settle up at the end. There’ll be a guide on-hand to help them through the process.

This new offering is all part of Liquorette’s belief that cocktail culture should be accessible to everyone. The bar also offers the more advanced wannabe bartenders amongst us the tools needed to get behind the bar and mix drinks upstairs any time they like, after completing Liquorette’s unique cocktail masterclasses.
