Bord Bia evening showcases best of Irish F&B

Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, has hosted an event that brought together Ireland’s leading food and drink suppliers for an exclusive evening showcasing the very best of Irish food and drink at Myrtle restaurant in London.

Myrtle's highly acclaimed chef patron, Anna Haugh (centre left) worked with Bord Bia to carefully craft a bespoke menu that shone a light on leading dairy, meat and seafood producers for guest of honour, Michael Creed (eft), Irish Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and a selection of suppliers and industry guests.

Dishes included St Tola Goat Cheese and beetroot gateau; Goatsbridge trout mousse with a Ballymakenny violetta crisp; and roasted Irish beef fillet with beef stuffed boxty, tarragon and confit shallot gravy.
