£3.2m historic Guernsey hotel comes to market

The Bella Luce hotel in St Martins, Guernsey, has been brought to market through Savills, with a £3.2m price tag.

Originally dating from the 16th Century, Bella Luce is an historic Norman manor house which now comprises a 4-star boutique hotel with 23 en suite bedrooms, an outdoor pool and an ESPA spa.

Just minutes from Guernsey’s stunning coastline, the hotel also offers a superb setting for idyllic weddings and private events.

Bella Luce has won numerous awards, namely the ‘Visit Guernsey Gold Restaurant award’ and a ‘Quality Assured Gold award.’

James Greenslade, Associate Director, Savills Hotels team, commented, “Guernsey is an increasingly popular destination, attracting 8% more visitors for the first 6 months of 2019 versus the same period in 2018.

'The sale of the Bella Luce offers a rare opportunity to own an extremely well established hotel in an unrivalled location.”
