BAO Soho to reopen next Tuesday

BAO Soho, the Lexington Street restaurant inspired by the street food markets and Xiao Chi Houses of Taiwan, will reopen on Tuesday 4th August, with online reservations going live today.

The restaurant, which was opened in 2015 to critical acclaim, has been temporarily closed since March. The plans for reopening have been carefully considered by founders Shing Tat Chung, Erchen Chang and Wai Ting Chung, to ensure all guests receive the safest and most enjoyable BAO experience.

The restaurant will now feature 50% reduced seating indoors to allow diners to safely socially distance, while a new outdoor terrace will accommodate up to 18 guests. A new takeaway hatch will also be available to order from during lunchtimes Tuesday - Sunday.

Guests returning to BAO Soho can enjoy a full menu of all the favourites, including the Classic Pork BAO and Fried Chicken BAO, plus a selection of Xiao Chi - including the iconic Pig Blood Cake and Beef Cheek and Tendon Nuggets.

BAO Soho will reopen next Tuesday with the hatch serving guests from 12-3pm, and dinner service starting at 5pm. Reservations will go live today.
