Yumpingo responds to diners demand for simplicity with new platform


New insight from Yumpingo, the leading provider of customer insight and engagement solutions for the hospitality sector, reveals that 60% of customers want simplicity when dining out.

The insight, which stems from analysis of tens of thousands of pieces of customer feedback, gathered at some of the nation’s leading hospitality operators, also detailed that two thirds of diners felt their experience was negatively impacted by the new COVID-19 safety procedures, but that clear communication of safety measures is important to them.
