Bingham Riverhouse to launch terrace bar with small plates tomorrow

The new Riverhouse Garden Terrace Bar at Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond, south-west London, is launching tomorrow.

Set to become one of the highlights of the autumn/winter season, the new space plays host to incredible riverside views and a new bar menu, as guests sit under twinkling lights and sip on one of the zesty new cocktails.

Fully heated, this new indoor-outdoor space is situated on the garden level of the Riverhouse. Sitting parallel with the Thames, it has uninterrupted views of the gardens and the Thames passing by.

Open from Thursday night through Sunday, from 2-10pm each evening, the spacious terrace features candles, blankets and a surrounding warmth from an abundance of heaters, as well as the new Riverhouse outdoor cigar lounge, that offers cubans and cocktails. On some weekends, the DJ will pop up outside for some background sounds.

To accompany the new bar, the team have created a new small-dishes menu for those afternoon snacks and nightly nibbles, featuring delicious fresh grilled tiger prawns with roasted mediterranean vegetables and saffron aioli, warming Ham Hock Croquettes, with an incredible spiced apple chutney, rocket, honey and mustard and the classic meat and cheeses board to accompany that much needed glass of wine.

Seasonal Riverhouse cocktails are mixed and shaken with favourites including the Jalapeño Negroni, a spin on the much loved classic including jalapeños infused Campari, a fruity Apple Margarita with a spicy cinnamon syrup and a ripened pomegranate Martini.

Bingham Riverhouse is still working harder than ever to keep guests and team members safe. Guests are zapped with a thermometer on arrival, asked to use Zoono hand sanitiser which protects like a pair of gloves for 24 hours and encouraged to check in with the NHS track and trace app.

All Riverhouse public areas are cleaned regularly, team members continue to use masks when client facing and in their offices; other PPE is used when appropriate and after curfew, ozone pods are deployed safely to provide an extra layer of health and safety because it is known to chemically destroy bacteria and viruses.
