Skye Gyngell launching first Spring Shop this Sunday

Acclaimed chef Skye Gyngell is launching her first Spring Shop (born out of the successful online platform Spring To Go) this Sunday in London's Notting Hill.

Situated on Ledbury Road, Spring Shop will serve up abundant biodynamic produce from Fern Verrow farm in Herefordshire and Heckfield Home Farm in Hampshire, as well as flowers from sustainable florist, Kitten Grayson Flowers.

There will be seasonal salads, finish-at-home meals, baked goods like Walnut and raisin bread or Porridge sourdough; and jams, cordials, pickles and preserves, all made by the Spring team with the excess produce from the farms.

Customer can take coffees to go and have items gift wrapped - this really is the one-stop-shop for all a foodie's needs.

In addition to the new shop, Gyngell's Spring Restaurant serves daily changing, seasonal menus in a restored 19th-century drawing room within Somerset House.
