Gladwin Brothers restaurant launches set lunch menu

The Shed Restaurant, Notting Hill, the flagship of the 'Local & Wild' group, has just introduced a set lunch menu.

Created by the Gladwin Brothers, including Chef Patron Oliver, Restaurateur Richard, and Gregory, a West Sussex-based farmer, The Shed has a shabby-chic interior and sustainable farm-to-fork menu.

Their wholesome menu includes the much loved Mushroom marmite Éclair, and Fennel crisp bread with cod’s roe and lemon gel, as snacks, followed by Roast onion squash served with cheese curd, charred onions & pumpkin seeds as the starter.

This is followed by the Venison & Caramelized Onion Pie (pictured) or a Quinoa Super Food Salad with pickled shallots, pumpkin seeds and mint’ for the main. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy Chocolate torte served with chantilly and clove sugar.

The menu is priced at £25 per person and is available from Tuesday to Friday, between 12pm - 3pm. The menu is of course subject to change, owing to their strict zero-waste ethos.

The Gladwin Brothers champion hyper-seasonal produce and focus on using wild, foraged, and locally grown ingredients, including sustainable livestock from the Gladwin farm in West Sussex.

They also serve a range of award-winning English Wines from their vineyard, Nutbourne, following the philosophy of 'what grows together, goes together'.
