A glamorous black-tie ceremony was attended by the leading lights of the food, drink and travel industries. Esteemed guests included Tommy Banks, Andrew Fairlie, Simon Rogan, Tom Brown, Adam Handling, Francesco Mazzei, Mark Sargeant, Ben Marks, José Pizarro, James Sommerin, Paul Wedgwood and Gizzi Erskine.
